The entrance feels intimate rather than grand, which honestly sets the tone for the whole experience. This four-star boutique property sits in the Bruntsfield area, and I mean, the location alone makes it worth considering.

The Neighborhood Advantage

Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re actually living like a local rather than being stuck in the tourist bubble. The Meadows park is literally across the street, perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls when you need to escape the city buzz. Bruntsfield Links golf course is right there too, if that’s your thing. You can walk to the Royal Mile in about fifteen minutes, but you’re far enough away that you won’t hear hen parties stumbling home at 2 AM. The area has that residential Edinburgh vibe with proper cafes and pubs where you’ll see the same faces every day.

The Room Experience

My room had this perfect balance of contemporary comfort and period character — high ceilings, original features, but with all the modern touches you actually want.
